The Cajun Fryer
The success of the Cajun Fryer is due to the design of the Burner/Flue.  The Burner is positioned 6" above the bottom of the oil reservoir and is at a 45 degree angle. This prevents the food batter from collecting on the burner and allows it to fall to the bottom.  Since heat rises, the bottom never gets hot enough to burn or scorch the batter. This keeps the oil clean, cooking after cooking.

Here are some of the things our customers' are saying about R & V Works and our products!

Good morning R&V Works-
Rec'd FF2x6gal as scheduled on June 12th. Prepped and fried fish for 35 anglers attending Coastal Conservation Association event in Port O'Connor, Texas.  Wow, what a cooker! This is the "real deal" for a fish cooker.  At 51 years old, this is one of the top ten products I have purchased in my life that exceeds my expectations.  May success reward your business pursuits.

"Ed, you will love this fryer and I get 9 months out of the grease and I only use cheap Vegetable oil from Sam's Club (Members Mark)!! ... You will also find that Robert and Vicki Myers are the nicest, friendliest "real" people you have ever met!  And you can take that to the bank!!!"

"Dear Robert and Vicki,

We came down to your place this past weekend and looked at the Cajun Fryers. I brought a couple of my buddies with me who like to cook and they were impressed with the fryers. Needless to say, we took a few back to South East Arkansas with us. When I got home with mine, I could not wait to start cooking. I called my sons and told them to come down to the house Saturday evening to eat fish. They brought some of there own fish and we cooked them up. We had fried oysters New Orleans style and crab cakes too. It didn't take long with the FF2-S. As a matter of fact I'll have to make a few adjustments in the way I prepare everything before beginning to cook. The fish cooked quickly at 325 degrees and was done perfectly. I actually wished I had more to cook because I wanted to spend more time at it. Anyway, I am eager to do it again. Clean up was quite easy as well. The next day I drained and filtered the oil back into the original containers and rinsed the dregs out with the valve open and cooker on a tilt. This only took a few minutes of my time and I was quite pleased with the fact that I did not have to do a lot of scrubbing.

I intend to introduce my very difficult and skeptical brother to the Cajun Fryer, as when converted, he will be a firm believer (and promoter) I'm sure. I intend to be a big promoter of these fine cookers and will be looking to expand on the uses of them as well. I see greater enjoyment in my outdoor cooking, at home and away, due to an improved capability with the Cajun Fryer.

Thank you and good bye for now,

 John D. Carothers

P.S. Don't forget to thank Vernon Price for meeting us there and being so congenial and helpful. I will always remember and value our first meeting, as I also look forward to meeting you in the future."

"Dear Robert and Vicki:

We just wanted to take a minute to get a letter to you bragging about the Cajun Fryer.  We noticed your tickler saying "Golden Brown Fish At Home 'Every Time" Just Like Restaurants" and will have to agree with that assessment.  What a great idea you had to help all us 'wannabes' to be able to cook like pros.

Right now the only problem we foresee is getting so good at frying fish that we might have to give up our day jobs to handle the demand for our fish!  But, you know what?  It is such a good feeling to see someone have an idea and turn it into the success you have with the Cajun Fryer.

You have a wonderful product.  We are so pleased with the Cajun Cookers and are equally proud to have the opportunity to help spread the word about your invention.  Our very best wishes for your continued success and the growth of your business."

Sincerely,

"To the builders of this great fish cooker:

I received my 6 gal. cajun fryer last week.  My wife and I put it together Saturday May 19, 2007.  Later that day we invited family over and cranked up this cooker.  It is a pleasure to write this letter of thanks.  I am a satisfied customer to say the least!  I have always cooked loads of fish for family and friends but now it's nothing less than a pleasure trip during the cooking operation.

I work for a company called Windamir Development and Construction and next month we will have our annual cook out and David Payne and his cajun fryer will be on duty!!!!!!!

Again thanks for a wonderful product."

Dear Robert and Vicki,

After reading thru the testimonials on your site I decided to add my own thank you to the collection.

I was introduced to the Cajun Fryer 10 years ago in Las Vegas, at the Con Expo, as a Case IH dealer there working the show with Reynolds Scrapers, and Case IH, we were asked to cook fish for about 75 Case /New Holland company people for a social event during the show, One of Reynolds’s regional managers Steve Stephens who was furnishing the fish and crawfish from his  personal fish farm in Louisiana had brought a Cajun Cooker to the show. We cooked with it that night and the rest is history for me. I am now a true believer and outmost fan!  I called that next week and became, I believe your first dealer on the East Coast. I have never taken one of these cookers to a trade show or a demo and brought it home, once you start cooking for people and they watch it in action, they have to have it! The fact that you can cook 800 meals and never change out the oil is the BOMB. I have customers tell me they change oil once a year, and then only because it gets old not burnt.

We use two of the 8 ½ gallons and one 6 gallon to cook during Lent for our church St Peters the Apostle Catholic Church on Wilmington Island Ga. And can serve over 800 meals through a 4 hour period. My brother Knights have all fallen in love with the cookers and most have there own at home.

But the best thing I have found to do with the cookers is to give them out as gifts to customers that I feel need a special thank you. It is a gift they will hand down to their kids and grandkids, they always think of me when the fire it up ! I have never loaned one of these out and had it returned, they just send a check back instead. Now my next place to introduce the Cajun Fryer is Ebay,

Thanks, for a Great Product,
